My OpsGenie account was temporarily suspended due to license shuffling.
After the shuffling, our admin tried to unsuspend my account, but was unsuccessful.
We then tried to just delete and recreate my OpsGenie account a couple of times.
Every time I would get an invite, I end up getting redirected to https://<my_org>.app.opsgenie.com/
There I provide the same credentials as before, and I end up getting an 'Invalid username or password' error.
I've also tried to reset my password multiple times, but I never receive any emails from the 'forget my password'.
Is there something left to try, to get my OpsGenie access working again?

Hi Maarten,
For these kinds of issues, I generally advise to reach out to Atlassian Support via https://support.atlassian.com/contact. Your organization admin will be able to raise a support ticket there on your behalf.
Atlassian will likely be able to see in the backend what is causing this issue.
Please let me know if reporting a ticket doesn't work!
