We are attempting to use Migration tool to migrate our current Opsgenie configuration over to JSM. I have confirmed I am a site admin in JSM and Owner in Ops. However I can never proceed with upgrade, Migration button is greyed out.
Please open a support ticket at support.atlassian.com You will want to select technical assistance and the Opsgenie product.
Our support team will be able to pinpoint whats going on and unblock your migration.
