Hi, I am writing to report an issue with my Opsgenie notifications.
I am currently receiving Voice (phone call) notifications from Opsgenie without any problem, confirming that my primary contact number is correctly entered and verified.
However, my SMS (text message) notifications are consistently failing or are not being delivered to my device. This prevents me from receiving silent or immediate alerts effectively.
Could you please investigate my user profile's notification settings and the SMS routing/delivery service to ensure text message alerts are functioning correctly?
