Removing Team from Operations

Hi

We have opsgenie embedded in JSM and added a few teams to operations. 
However, struggling to remove them. The teams we want to remove are new so there were no alerts sent to them as yet

Hi @Clayton Coetzee ,

the way to delete teams might vary depending on the state of your Cloud site with regards to UI changes. In my site, Teams is already a separate app/product in the Cloud site where management of the teams is being done across products.

How to do it
That being said, please try the following which works on my demo site:
When in Jira, please click on switch apps/products button (it's the second button from the left in the very top bar. It's next to the button to collapse the sidebar):

There, please scroll down and click on "XX more". Then scroll further down and look for "Teams". Click on it and you should end up in the Teams management page for your Cloud site.

In there you see all of the teams in your site. In order to delete a team, you can click on the team to open it. In there, you have "Add people" and "..." in the top right underneath the page banner. Under "..." you should have the option to delete the team.

You then get a dialog box with information around impacted areas when deleting the team. You can tick the box and click "Delete team" in order to delete it.
