I cannot log in. I don't get any error like "bad username/password". The only indication I get that something is awry is a simple red box with an exclaimation point.
Is this Opsgenie instance suspended?

It will be great to have a screenshot of the error so we can evaluate better the error. But considering a technical errors associated to login, I strongly recommend to open a ticket for Atlassian Support team by here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
