Opsgenie email integration message format issue

Hi 

I created an email integration in opsgenie but the message format is on disarray. The bulleted message input is being outputted as a whole paragraph with no bullets. Seeking your advice on what can I try.

Hey Mark,

Opsgenie Alert Description field uses the Plain-text format , hence, it will not be possible to parse bullet points from the email.

We have a Feature suggestion ticket for this that you can track and vote on via: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-863 

The workaround for this would be to use plain-text format to structure the emails being sent to Opsgenie.
