Subject: Opsgenie-Splunk Integration Issue: Priority Not Reflecting

We are experiencing an issue where the priority requested via Opsgenie is not being reflected when an alert is triggered through the Splunk integration.

Opsgenie alert priority mainly depends on the Integration settings you configured and the incoming data received by Opsgenie from Splunk.

We require access to your instance to further verify this information to ensure both are configured correctly. It is recommended to reach out to support from the link: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and select "Technical issues and bugs" > Opsgenie > Enter your Atlassian cloud Site URL(Not Opsgenie URL) to raise a support ticket. Please also ensure that a site Admin user is attempting to raise the ticket, as not all users will have the necessary permissions to raise support tickets. 

It is not recommended to use your Email information in a public forum, so I am removing the instance specific details from the question raised. We will be looking forward to assist you further through the support ticket.
