Opsgenie Access Issue Affecting Multiple Users

Hi Team,

We are currently unable to access Opsgenie.

The issue is not limited to my account. Multiple users are experiencing the same problem and are unable to log in through the Opsgenie portal.

When entering the email address and clicking "Next", a generic error icon appears and the login process does not continue, as shown in the attached screenshot.

The issue was tested using:

- Microsoft Edge

- InPrivate Mode

and the same behavior persists.

Could you please investigate the issue and verify the Opsgenie authentication/SSO configuration and related services?

Atlassian status doesn't show any problems, and you have the Standard tier, you can create an Atlassian support request here

Good morning.

Same problem with my team, I can't get to the password entry screen, got this on top Captura de pantalla 2026-07-30 095412.png
And a 404 on the console
