I have been on call for the previous week and not even once did OpsGenie accept options selected via numbers when the voice prompts that I select numbers to Accept alert(3), end call (0) etc.
This is very concerning and makes it difficult to perform monitoring function. All numbers that came in were from local SA numbers.
