Ops Genie Migration Assistance

I have been searching endlessly for support from Atlassian to help migrate our ops genie environment over to Jira Managed Services to no end.

your customer service form doesnt work with our site URL and as a whole customer service doesnt exist no matter what avenue I try.

please can someone reach out and provide assistance to help guide our Ops genie migration.

When raising tickets for Opsgenie, please refer to the Atlassian Site that manages your Opsgenie instance, rather than the *.app.opsgenie.com instance.

Atlassian provides support for Opsgenie migrations, and we're always ready to answer your questions about Migration issues and impacts.

If you don't have the expertise to do it yourself, I suggest you look into solution partners that can guide you.  Atlassian support does not provide hands-on migration services.
