Opgenie access for 'email' has been cancelled for pinplay.atlassian.net , but it cannot be automatically deleted from Opgenie for the following reasons:
-You are part of the team
-The user is a member of the group
-The user is part of the schedule
-The user is part of the escalation
Currently, 'email' is suspended and you do not have the right to log in or use your account. However, it will not be deleted from any configuration or from Opgenie.
Please check and modify the configuration, then you can manually delete 'email' from the Opgenie user page.

I received the above e-mail, but I can't login to Ops Genie. The notice I received before says that Ops Genie is supported until April 5, 2027, so please check it.
