Today onwards, I'm not getting calls for alerts on my phone, prior to this, I always use to get calls, my email and phone number both are set-up in the notification tab of on-call, today I got one call,but on the alert page can't see my name too for that alert, in terms of who acknowledged it.

Was there any changes done on your profile or on-call schedule? Are other team members on the on-call list facing the same issue or just you. I checked Atlassian status and the OpsGenie service seems to be stable.
