Not getting alerts when P1 escalated to my group

Hi,

If I trigger a P1 from the UI, assigning it to myself, my "New Alert" notification rule is triggered(iOS app notif + phone call).

If a P1 is escalated, I get a silenced notification from the iOS app and that's it.

What is the Notification rule triggered when an alert is escalated and you're part of the recipient escalation group? Is it triggering a "New Alert" notification rule or something else?

I want to receive a phone call in case of an escalation.

yes it should follow your new alert notification rule. If you continue having troubles feel free to submit a support case so we can take a look at your individual configuration.
