We're looking to set up reports that could be automated and sent to respective stakeholders' email address on a certain date each month displaying the MTTA/R Analytics for the previous month.

Is there a report that can be automated to show this simple output as opposed to having our accounts team log into OpsGenie and produce reports manually?

I see that there is this schedule feature, but how can we test this out immediately after it is created or what is the steps to do this automatically?

Also, is there a feature to generate it and compare it month to month, example the report shall generate January and February and would like to see if the MTTA/R improving or trailing.

I am not very familiar with OpsGenie, but if you can display the metrics you are interested in on a regular Jira dashboard, then you can use the Better PDF Automation app to take a snapshot of the dashboard and email it to recipients on a custom schedule.

The recipient receives a customizable email like this:

  2. How to export dashboards to PDF documents automatically (this is a tiny addition to the previous, that explains the differences between exporting dashboards vs exporting issues)
