the Jira Cloud for Google Sheets extensions doesn't "Get issues from Jira" at Schedule,  only The manual "REFRESH ISSUES" trigger works.

Until about two weeks ago the schedule  trigger  worked without a problem.

This is a known issue affecting many users. Atlassian made some changes to their Jira Cloud for Google Sheets extension that unfortunately disrupted scheduled data pulls. You're not alone. There have been multiple reports about this, and Atlassian has marked the extension as being in maintenance mode, so fixes can be slow or uncertain.

In the meantime, here are some possible workarounds using the current tools:

- Manual refresh (as you mentioned) continues to work. Not ideal, but it can serve as a short-term fix.

- You could consider using Google Apps Script to build your own scheduled refresh logic. This would involve coding your own call to the Jira API and scheduling it using a time trigger in Google Apps Script.

Facing same issue - auto refresh at hourly frequency not working via google sheets extension. Forced to manually update it periodically which beats the purpose of the automation
