Is it possible to use Opsgenie also as a resource planning tool?

In our organization we use Opsgenie as a tool for on call service call during nights and during days the incident desk call.

Can we also use Opsgenie for the rest of the resource planning to plan free time, available time, working on projects, etc?

Or can we use another Atlassian application which can integrate with Jira and Opsgenie?

I am not an Opsgenie expert, but if you are looking for a planning solution, check out the Plans feature in Jira Premium to see if it would help.
