Is Opsgenie certified with OEM 13.5.0? does it required to install Opsgenie on the same box as OEM? where to get the ApiKey of OEM?

Yes ideally the plugin Opsgenie provides would be setup/installed on the OEM server. It should work with 13.5, but please open up a Opsgenie support ticket if you have any further issues so we can gather some information from you. Thanks!
