Heya,

Something broke between Observium and Opsgenie, i've been in contact with Observium, and they changed from API v1 to v2, but something is not working as expected.

When i send alerts to Opsgenie, it shows following in the log:
[system] Skipping Create alert notification policies for alert because it doesn't have an owner team.

The weird thing is that the integration API is within a specific team and only on that team.

So what is missing here? I've not changed anything in Opsgenie besides the API key which i refreshed.

Observium themselves, are saying it works for them when testing, but their Opsgenie setup is also very basic ( I believe mine is as well but i do have multiple teams )

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Mathias,

Thank you for reaching out to Opsgenie community. I am Nayan, happy to help.

I understand that you are facing issues with your Observium - Opsgenie integration.

As I see from the log shared "[system] Skipping Create alert notification policies for alert because it doesn't have an owner team." This is a generic log when an alert does not have an owner team. We would need to review the logs in detail to check where the incoming payload is actually getting processed and why the alerts are not created on Opsgenie.

In order to check the above, we would request you to open a support request with us here

Regards,
Nayan
