I've reviewed the below help article but it doesn't address my issue. After switching from my old iPhone to a new iPhone, I don't have an option to add my new iPhone into the notification section under Profile. Where can I find instructions for changing from my old phone to my new phone for notifications?
Under Profile / Notification Rules, my new iPhone doesn't show as an option and I don't see an option to add a new notification rule
But under Profile / Contact methods, I see my new iPhone and I turned my old iPhone off
Any suggestions for getting notifications to work on my new iPhone?

This is for mobile push notifications right? Have you already installed the Jira app and logged into your account on your new iPhone?
If for OpsGenie / Operations you can use SMS and it should go to your active phone number regardless of having the app but for mobile push notifications I think you'll have to authenticate in the JIra app and it should register the phone.
