I have an android mobile device, and I am not getting notifications from ops genie most of the times. Sometimes it does not notify me when I am on call. For some alerts it does send an sms and a call, but no notifications.
I have looked into the phone and the app settings lots of times and I cannot find the reason of this behaviour.

If you're not consistently receiving notifications from the Opsgenie app on your Android device, there are a few common causes to check:
Notification Policies: Ensure that your notification rules and escalation policies in Opsgenie are correctly configured for on-call notifications.
Battery Optimization: Check if your phone’s battery optimization settings are limiting background processes. Go to:
Settings → Apps → Opsgenie → Battery → Disable battery optimization.
Do Not Disturb Settings: Verify that Opsgenie is added as an exception in Do Not Disturb (DND) mode.
App Permissions: Confirm that Opsgenie has all necessary permissions to send notifications.
Notification Sounds and Channels: Double-check that notification sounds are enabled for critical channels under App Notifications in your device settings.
If the issue persists, try clearing the cache and data for the Opsgenie app or reinstalling it.
