I’m unable to log in to the Opsgenie mobile app via creds and it is not asking for SSO.

Hi Team, The Opsgenie app was working fine earlier. However, after I was added to a team, I was prompted to complete my profile, which required me to log in to the Opsgenie app on my mobile again. Since then, I’m unable to log in with my credentials, and it’s not triggering PingID authentication as well.
