Have your admin verify your status and resend the invite to your exact email address if you aren't showing as active. Once logged in, ensure they have also added you to the correct team, on-call schedule, or escalation policy.
Also you might be missing the right responder routing, or your admin may need to grant you a role with the "See All Alerts" permission. If everything looks correct on their end and you are still stuck, your Admin will need to contact Atlassian Support to check the backend activation state.
