Unfortunately, starting today, my Opsgenie license has expired, and they are now offering the Jira Cloud mobile app instead.

How can I manage (check, acknowledge, close) alerts the way I did in Opsgenie before?

I can't even find the alerts in the mobile app.

Hello Oleh,

Thank you for reaching out to Opsgenie community. I am Nayan, happy to help.

I understand that you are unable to use the Opsgenie app anymore due to the license expiry.

If your Opsgenie instance has already been migrated to JSM/Compass, you'd be able to see the Alerts option on the Jira application. However, if the migration has not taken place yet, you'll not see the Alerts option on the Jira app.

Please do reach out to us over a support ticket here if the migration has already happened and you still do not see the Alerts option on the app.

Regards,
Nayan
