How do I get support for Opsgenie - Stopped working a few days ago

Our Solarwinds integration with Opsgenie stopped working recently and I can't get through to support. They say they can't find my site URL, but the URL is working to access Atlassian products.

Thank you! However this is a critical issue, Is there a way to get a faster response?

If your instance subscription is covered under the support offerings listed there, I'd recommend asking your current Site or Org admin to raise a support ticket via Atlassian Support.
