How do I get support for Opsgenie - Stopped working a few days ago

Our Solarwinds integration with Opsgenie stopped working recently and I can't get through to support. They say they can't find my site URL, but the URL is working to access Atlassian products.

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to contact Atlassian Support — this is likely related to your user permissions. Here's our Atlassian Support Offerings | Atlassian Support | Atlassian Documentation for reference.

If your instance subscription is covered under the support offerings listed there, I'd recommend asking your current Site or Org admin to raise a support ticket via Atlassian Support.
