I need to talk to a salesperson before making this migration away from OpsGenie. On their sales site, the soonest I can talk with anyone is next week. Business doesn't move this slowly. Is there a way I can get in touch with someone, like, today or tomorrow?

Yeah, and I have a scheduled meeting in a week with a salesperson. I was ready to do this migration today. It boggles my mind that such a large company can just be like "Oh, we don't want our customers to be able to contact us for any reason." My division of my company spends $30,000 a year with them, and our parent company has contracts in the seven figures. You'd think that a 15 minute call with a human (again, NOT support) wouldn't take a week to get. I guess that's the world we live in now. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Craig Hamm Chris here from the Opsgenie support team if you open an Opsgenie support ticket we can get any technical issues answered right away and meet with you if anything technical is needed. We can also get it routed through to a sales queue which might speed up the process.
