How can I change the Critical Alerts notification sound in Opsgenie iPhone app?

How can I change the Critical Alerts notification sound in Opsgenie iPhone app? I'd like to change it to something less...jarring. I'm starting to hear it in my sleep when it's not actually notifying me.

How to Change the Critical Alerts Notification Sound (Mobile Push) in the Opsgenie iPhone App

1. Open the Opsgenie app.

2. Tap the menu (burger) icon in the top left corner.

3. Go to My Profile > Sounds.

4. Update the critical alert notification sound (Default mobile sound) to your preferred ringtone.

5. Check notification sounds for other notification methods as well.

Please note:
The purpose of the default, more jarring notification sound is to ensure you never miss a critical alert. While you can choose a less intense sound, we recommend selecting one that will still catch your attention when it matters most.
