I think we have counted at least like 30 different phone numbers (I feel pretty confident there are more!) that OpsGenie uses when enacting its notifications protocols.
We are finding that a lot of these numbers are getting blocked by our spam filters, which can not be disabled.
Three questions:

do the phone numbers in the notifications match the ones listed on this page?
https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/send-voice-and-sms-notifications
There are listed several but depending on the location you are at I was not able to identify the amount of ~ 30 numbers for a country - of course, assuming the list is up to date, still.
Cheers,
Daniel
Some of them do actually match. I think I have a couple logged that don't, but maybe?!
This might be useful. Thank you!

OpsGenie uses a pool of numbers through Twilio I suppose (their telephony provider), and unfortunately those numbers aren't assigned on a per-company or per-team basis.
The number your team gets a call from can vary depending on region, availability in the pool, and the type of notification (voice vs. SMS). There's no way currently to pin a fixed set of numbers to your account.
