Hi,
When we get P1 alerts on Opsgenie, we expect to see slack alerts to a channel, like we get on P2/P3.
When P1 being triggered, we have a route policy to route the alert to our escalation and the on calls are getting alerts to their phones but nothing on Slack.
When P2/P3 is being created/updated we get Slack notifications. Only on P1 we don't.
What can be the issue?

On P2/P3 we get alert to Slack because the Responders is the team and not the escalation.
On P1 we have routing rule that assign our escalation to Responders.
Also, I saw that someone configured Alert Policy which assign the escalation as the Responders on P1. Can we delete the Alert Policy if we have routing rule?
