This is Shashwat from Opsgenie and here to help!

No, unfortunately there isn't a groups feature in Opsgenie and won't synchronize the ServiceNOW groups in Opsgenie.

Please refer to the below help document on the current features supported for ServiceNOW via the Opsgenie ServiceNOW integration which can be used to send ServiceNow incident events to Opsgenie with detailed information and to forward Opsgenie alerts as incidents to ServiceNow.
