Hi Team. Received an email stating my account is disabled and SSO is also disabled. When creating a password via the link, I get an expired/invalid link error. Not able to regenerate a new link, nor does the message explain how to do so.
On another note, I tried to reset the password using the Forgot Password option, but I am not getting a password reset link in my inbox.

Could you please confirm if you are referring to an Atlassian account or any specific product? If Atlassian account, whether your Account is managed or un-managed?
