Change suspended users

We have recently downgraded our OpsGenie account and I need to be able to select the 5 users that are available under the Free plan. Does anyone know how I can suspend a user to be able to unsuspend another user?

Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

In order to suspend users, you need to suspend them via Atlassian Admin panel - https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/remove-or-suspend-a-user/ 

In case you want to do that via Opsgenie settings, then you need to delete these users. To do that, go to your Opsgenie instance >> Settings >> Users >> Delete next to the needed user.
