I can't receive the ops alert SMS notification, but I can got a alert phone call from opsgenie. Could you please help check if there is anything wrong about my account? I'm using the current login account.

Please could you check that your user profile settings ?
Please check that an enabled SMS contact method and a matching notification rule under Settings > Profile Settings .
