Can I migrate OpsGenie stand-alone instance to JSM premium and change tenant and billing

We have a stand-alone instance of OpsGenie that we want to migrate to JSM premium. I see that there are some awesome incentives. Since we're splitting the operations team out to another group, is it possible to change the tenant name and who the charges are billed to?
