Can Alerts be sent to different teams depending on time of day?

I've been asked to configure alerts to be sent to one team 9am-430pm and to another out of those hours.
I cannot see how to do this in OpsGenie - is this possible?

@Calum Scouller if you are on a standard or enterprise license, you can accomplish this with Alert Policies. These can be restricted to time intervals.

Thanks for the reply Tom.
I can't see any option for time or team when editing the Alert Rule, where should I see this?

@Calum Scouller These aren't Alert/Routing Rules, they're Alert Policies. Generally speaking, alerts flow through a series of policies and rules, each with their own purpose:

  • Global
    • Alert Policies - These alter the content of the alert, including the Responders. They can be found under the global Settings menu.
  • Team
    • Alert Policies - These alter the content of the alert, at the team level. They can be found on the team sidebar under Policies.
    • Routing Rules - These determine the Team Escalation to route to.
    • Notification Policies - These determine when/whether to notify a user.
    • Escalation Policies - These determine the on-call schedules to route to.
    • On-call Schedules - These determine the user to route the alert to.
  • User
    • Notification Rules - These determine how to notify a user (email, phone, text, etc.)

You'll want to use either a Global or Team Alert Policy. Both of these have a control labeled "Restrict to time intervals" that will let you control when the changes in the policy take effect. If using Globals, you would have two policies - the first would route to your daytime team, depending on the time. In this policy, you would set the Responder to your daytime team. The second, directly below it, would route everything else to your overnight team:
