Bugreport: Last alert in the list is cutoff when a banner is shown on top of the page

There is a bug with the scrollbar that it doesn't let you scroll down fully when there is a banner shown on the top of the page (as you can see in picture 1).

I suspect that this is related to the banner as if I remove the html element of the banner a fully scrolled down scrollbar shows the last alert fully instead of a cut-off version (see picture 2).

Versions:
* OS: macOs Sequoia Version 15.6.1 (24G90)

* Browser: Chrome Version 140.0.7339.81 (Official Build) (arm64)

Thanks for pointing this out, Ron. It definitely looks like a UI bug with the banner affecting the scroll. Hopefully the team can patch it soon. In the meantime, removing or hiding the banner element seems like a good temporary workaround.
