I cannot get audio to record on video

It does look similar to another Loom issue we’ve seen where the mic/camera can’t be turned on.
A few quick things you can try:
1. Try another browser and an incognito/private window with no extensions.
2. In your browser, click the lock icon next to the Loom URL and make sure: - Microphone = Allow
3. Check your OS privacy settings: - Windows: Settings → Privacy & security → Microphone → make sure your browser is allowed.
4. Close any other apps that might be using the camera or mic (Zoom, Teams, Meet, etc.) and then try Loom again.
5. Test your camera and mic on another site (e.g. a Zoom/Meet test page) to confirm they work outside Loom.
