A few things you can check:
Try another browser and an incognito/private window with no extensions enabled.
Confirm browser permissions for the site: Camera and Microphone are set to “Allow” and not “Blocked”.
Check your operating system privacy settings to ensure Chrome/Edge/Firefox is allowed to use the camera and microphone.
Close other apps that might be using the camera (Zoom, Teams, Meet, etc.) and try again.
Test your camera/mic on another site (e.g. a Meet/Zoom test) to confirm they work outside Loom.
Oh yeah, extensions (such as content blockers) can be an issue even with simple Confluence/apps features.
