Hello,
I lost access to my Loom workspace - ***@****.com (sign-in with Google), and now I see the message: “You no longer have workspaces with this account.” I believe this may be related to a workspace removal or account migration issue. Could you please help me restore access to my workspace and videos? I already tried:
Please let me know what information you need from my side. Thank you.

Thank you for your previous response.
I followed the migration instructions from the Atlassian article and successfully logged into my account using email and password instead of Sign in with Google.
However, after logging in, my account is completely empty. All of my videos, folders, recordings, and workspace data are missing.
My original Loom account email was:
admin@rh-s.com
Previously I used Sign in with Google for this account.
It seems that after the migration a new empty account may have been created instead of connecting me to my original workspace.
I already tried:
Sign in with Google
Login with email and password
Incognito mode
Different browsers
Checking other email accounts
Could you please help restore access to my original workspace and videos?
If needed, I can provide:
old Loom video links
screenshots
additional verification information
Thank you.
