Loom account no 2FA

Since Loom sold to Atlassian I cannot access my Loom account. I’m being asked for a 2FA code but I never set up an authenticator and I don’t have a recovery key. This is a personal account (not managed). 

Has anyone got ideas on how to log back into Loom?
