We recently changed email address. I'm trying to log in to the old account and it's sending a pin to the old email which I don't have access anymore. I can't send an email to support, no number to call. I feel so helpless, since this is a business account and we have a lot of videos that we need. can somebody please help us?

I'd suggest checking this answer. Now, if that doesn't help you, there are a couple of options to contact support:

Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing - if using this, you can select "Your account" > "Log in issues"
One of these things should help, or at least get you to the point where you've raised a ticket so you can get official assistance on the matter.

@Turbo Team then would probably recommend reaching out to the support team via one of those links above. They can check in the backend how things look and what happened to the old account.

the old email was contact@t***********s.net - which is a business account. we just got billed by December. and now our new email is contact@t***********.com
