I need to have my old videos availuable to me. Their all missing and it happened when NEXA went from [email address removed for privacy] to [email address removed for privacy]

Hi @Melissa Alves ,

It sounds like your company’s email/domain change caused Loom to treat you as a completely new user, so your old videos are still tied to the old email account/workspace.

I’d try two things:

  1. Log into Loom with your old email in an incognito window and see if your videos are still there.
  2. Contact Atlassian Support and ask if them can move or merge everything from old account into your new account.

Only Atlassian support can actually restore or transfer those old videos between accounts.

Hope it helps 🙌

Hi @Melissa Alves ,

It might be that when the domain was changed, a new, separate Loom account was likely created for the new address. It might be that Loom treated this as a new user profile.

👉 Now, if it's possible (and if accounts were not merged), try the following:

  1. Log out of your current account
  2. Log back in using your original email
  3. Once logged in, manually transfer your videos (download and re-upload them)

One of the easiest solutions would be to reach out to Loom support via your new account > see this article: Need help with your Loom account? Here’s how to contact Support (and get help faster)
They should be able to check where your old videos are currently located and provide info on how to 'fix this.'

Apart from that, here are some articles that also might help:

Cheers,
Tobi
