i cant excess workspace. What to do?

Are you trying to access https://www.loom.com/? If so, have you been a workspace admin or just a user to the one you're trying to access? If it's the latter one, can you try reaching out to your Loom app admin (or IT department) to check the access? 👀
Also, as Loom profiles are/have been migrated to Atlassian, this might have affected your experience and what you're seeing at the moment. Can you check this article and follow the steps stated here?
