I have changed my email address over to a new one and I didnt realise that the email I changed to already had a Google sign in account for Loom.
I have tried everything, using the AI chat to fix it but I am completely locked out from the main account with all my videos and data over the past 2+ years.
The AI told me to escalate it to an engineer but that also doesnt work so here i am in the community.
Hi
Atlassian is in the process of migrating Loom accounts to the Atlassian account infrastructure.
You can read more here (including instructions): https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Loom-articles/Logging-in-to-Loom-after-your-account-is-moved-to-Atlassian/ba-p/3224114
If the problem persists, check this guide which also shows how to contact Atlassian support using a no-login option: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Loom-articles/Need-help-with-your-Loom-account-Here-s-how-to-contact-Support/ba-p/3201201

Hi @Seva Mozhaev,
Apologies for delay on our end!
Please try creating a ticket one more time, I believe there was some performance issue when you tried it last time. Here are the steps:
Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”
Continue without logging in.
Enter your email.
In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”
Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.
Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.
Best,
Anastasiia
