AI-meeting notes - Reorganizing from user home folder to match Location Selector

Martin Cleaver

To date, AI-powered meeting notes  has been saving to the integrated user's home page.

That changed with the GA, where with the new Location Selector, I have the various meetings set up to Meetings.Meetings Home or Webinars.Webinars Home

For some reason, even after removing the restrictions on the past generated content, and using the integrated user's account or site admin account, I cannot move the content from the integrated user's personal home space to the two aforementioned targets.

Is this a known behavior? I know I can copy the content, but I don't want two copies of each.

Hi Martin 👋,

By updating the meeting notes location from a personal space to a specific location, all net new notes created going forward will be generated in the specific location.

Notes generated previously will not be automatically moved but assuming you have the correct space permissions, you should be able to move them.

More specific steps to reproduce the issue would be helpful for troubleshooting. Please open a support ticket by clicking the question mark button on the bottom right hand corner of your Loom account. See the screenshot below:
