Hello AI-powered meeting notes beta community!

We want to extend a thank you to each of you for being a part of our beta community. Your participation and feedback have been crucial in helping us refine and enhance this feature, and we are thrilled to announce that AI-powered meeting notes is now GA.

We want to express our gratitude to each of you for being a key part of our beta community.

The latest release includes:

• Location Selection: Choose where your meeting notes are created—set a default Confluence space or pick a location for each meeting.

• Assigned Action Items: Action items are now automatically assigned to attendees via @ mentions in Confluence.

• Richer Formatting with ADF: The Loom meeting recap is now automatically translated to ADF, embracing all the rich formatting options available in Confluence (bullet points, tasks, headings).

• Improved error handling: Meeting notes pages will now display an error message when something goes awry—such as if the meeting recording was turned off—so you know what steps to take next.

We will continue to introduce new functionalities based on your feedback, but we will be closing this group for now!

I had to generate a new loom account with my personal email to participate. I know in 2026 it will be enabled for "legacy" orgs in Loom (before loom was acquired) but it needs to be sooner

We've been using this for a while and people really like it. Few of my colleagues sometimes just ask me "Can you invite your notetaker to the meeting so it generates a summary and meeting notes? You don't even have to attend." 😅

I'd just like to see a notetaker to support different languages. It does understand when we have meetings in Croatian, but it generates all content after the meeting in English. 🌐

I have been experimenting with the Loom AI Notetaker, but have not mainstreamed it yet. Some attendees are wary when the Loom AI Notetaker is party of the meeting. I'd love some more collateral to share with the team to provide them insight on how the meeting content is stored and used to provide them more comfort with the platform.

The only thing standing in the way for this to become the next big thing (it is sooo good!) is data residency. Once that is in place, it will rule the world!!
