Hi,
all of our business are using jira, from business users feeding product managers, down to the dev teams in house.
we also use multiple vendors, who in their organisations, have multiple clients, 1 of which is us, and their projects are managed in Jira..
all orgs pay for their users.. and are allows unlimited tickets projects etc.. so nothing in this question uses more resources of the tool..
we would like the backlog managed in one place for all vendors.. then happy the tasks are moved to their jira for implementation.. however, while its being proprieties and shaped, discussions will require the vendor team, in our instance.. the only way we can see that they can interact with us is create a new paid account in our jira instance and they transfer the ticket manually at the point of entering a sprint..
is there a way to syndicate two accounts, so all 28 of the vendor team can see our projects, using their own commercial accounts? i cant justify paying for 28 accounts - especially when they are already fully paid users of jira?
