why my account is not available

Hello Admin

I just registered one Account, and received the email to verify...but after I login, it showed me that: 

nawang@cn.ibm.com doesn't have access to Jira on dmspoc.atlassian.net.

 

would you pls. advise what should I do for it? Thanks

If you can upload any screenshots, it will be helpful for community guys to analyze this question.

By the way, have you consulted the Jira Cloud administrator in your company?

I think you can ask him to help you check if the account is within the permission group that is allowed to access.
