why is jira deactivated

Your Jira Cloud subscription has been deactivated due to inactivity, and the data will be permanently deleted soon.
Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

Hi @arjun vaidya 

It has been deactivated based on the fact that the instance has not been used for over a reasonable amount of time.

The Org admin of your Free instance will have been sent mail on this several times.

Raise a Billing and License support request to re-activate the instance, hopefully this hasn't been quite some time ago.

otherwise the instance could be already purged.

It is important to note that 'Your app’s data is retained for 15 days (for free subscriptions) or 60 days (for paid subscriptions) after cancellation.'
