why iam not able to see the security level feild in create issue screen

 Actually i crate kia company name project in this I put security level Feild in issue create Sreen .but now I am not able to see on the issue create screen please help on that

Is there any security scheme associated with your project? To check this out:

• Go to project > project settings
• Click on Issues > Security

If you read "Issue security is currently not enabled for this project." then you have to create and associate one with the specific project. In addition, make sure that you have the "Set Issue Security" permission.
