Hi, your system people re-activated my account, but when I logged in to my account, it is a blank account and does not show my content in the past. I have not used it for about 2-3 months. However, your App on my phone still shows my previous contents and I can post my new stuff on my project. My issue ticket number is CA-2502352. It was said everything was restored from your cloud.

I can see that the site was reactivated. From looking into the account, it appears that this was a free plan site that reached the 120 day product inactivity limit that we have for Free plans. If that's the case, there is a chance that this product data was deleted. For free plan sites, we will not keep these indefinitely, and when they are not used for a long period of time the products can be deactivated.

If we can get your data access approval in that case, we should be able to investigate this further. If the data was deleted, then I wouldn't expect you to have access to it in the mobile app. So that part is still a mystery, but I'd suggest following up in that case so we can learn more here.
